Petroleum products from Japan: identify the product and application
A gearbox oil, a cutting fluid and an asphalt product need different specifications. Describe the use and exact supplied product rather than asking for a general equivalent.
Identify the product and the work
ENEOS separates industrial lubricant applications and provides product-data links.[1] For an oil enquiry, begin with the equipment requirement and current product. Fuel, asphalt, wax and coke belong to distinct enquiries with their own product and logistics questions.
Include quantity/unit, destination, storage/handling and required timing. Separate fixed specifications, proposals requested from the supplier and decisions still open.
- 1Product: identify the actual material or finished item
- 2Work: development, processing or supply scope
- 3Acceptance: evaluation, records and delivered state
Purchasing scopes, not a common manufacturing process or confirmation of one supplier’s full range.
Choose the product family and its questions
These are enquiry prompts, not a shared test plan or verified supply list. Keep product-specific source work and responsible technical review visible.

Start with a specific decision

Keep the accepted specification and delivery scope
Retain the material/product reference, relevant process, evaluation basis, proposed deviations and who can release the result. Identify the supplied state, packing, handover and changes requiring review.
Check origin, destination requirements and actual supplier capability separately for the offer. This hub does not establish compliance, availability or suitability.
