Basic Policy on the Protection of Personal Information

The Company also strives to keep the personal information it holds accurate and up to date within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use.
- The Company establishes an internal structure for protecting personal information, operates it effectively, and continuously improves its management system based on changes in the business environment, information technology trends, and other factors in order to maintain an appropriate protection structure.
- The Company establishes a contact point for complaints and consultations concerning personal information and strives to respond promptly and appropriately.

Handling of Personal Information
The Company complies with laws and other standards concerning personal information and undertakes to handle the personal information it collects appropriately in accordance with the following. When collecting personal information, the Company provides the following information.

To prevent leakage, loss, destruction, damage, and other incidents involving personal information, the Company implements appropriate security measures in accordance with laws, guidelines, and internal rules, and strives to protect the personal information it holds. The Company also provides employees with training on the appropriate handling of personal information and strives to ensure its protection.

A web beacon is a small image file embedded in a website that allows the Company to understand statistical data such as whether and how often the website is visited. Web beacons do not contain information that identifies individuals.
Use of access analytics tools
The Company uses access analytics tools provided by third-party companies to improve the Company's websites and other services. These tools may collect information about pages viewed, the usage environment, identifiers such as cookies, and interactions on the Company's websites. The Company uses this information to understand and improve website usage. Information collected directly by third-party companies is managed in accordance with each company's privacy policy.
Access analytics and session recording
The Company's websites use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to analyze access and PostHog (PostHog, Inc.) to record screen interactions, using technologies such as cookies. Both process information on servers outside Japan.
Session recording collects actions such as page views, clicks, and scrolling. It does not collect information entered into the contact form.
This information is used only to improve the Company's websites. If you disable cookies in your browser, views from the same browser can no longer be linked as such.
5. Revisions
The Company may revise this Privacy Policy in response to changes in laws and regulations or similar circumstances. The latest revised Privacy Policy will be published on this page.
