■ About Ripia

Ripia is a service that uses IT to automate follow-up designed to encourage customers to return to the salon. Based on customer records and service notes, it automatically organises which customers to contact, why they were selected, and a draft message. Ripia sends the message only after the salon owner reviews the content. In implementation discussions, we review the contents of the customer records and set out the scope of work we can take on.
