Ripia is a service that uses IT to automate follow-up designed to encourage customers to return to the salon. Based on customer records and service notes, it automatically identifies whom to contact and why, and prepares a draft message. Ripia sends the message only after the salon owner reviews the content. We are currently discussing implementation and confirming the state of the records and the scope for getting started.
