1. The product specification, fill weight, number of SKUs and finished quantity covered by the quote.
2. The minimum and ordering unit for food production, filling and each packaging item.
3. The packaging allocation for this run, additional allowances, and how actual remaining stock will be reported.
4. Ownership, storage, charges, release and disposal terms for unused packaging.
5. One-time and repeat-order charges, including development, artwork, printing/setup and inspection where applicable.
6. The delivery point, exclusions and conditions that start the lead time.

Please identify any quantities or terms that still need agreement.
