1. Dimensional report
Which drawing features do you measure, and before or after finishing? Please identify the method and report contents.

2. Work after machining
Please quote specified finishing, finished-part inspection and the report. Identify separately charged work.

3. Drawing and material basis
Are there exceptions or alternatives to AP-01 Rev D and specified 6061-T6?

4. Cost and timing basis
What is included or separate for first-order charges, packaging and transport? What starts the lead time and where does delivery end?

Please also identify deviations from the drawing and any work excluded from the price. Thank you.
